APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please read through the Common Questions page in its entirety prior to booking an appointment.

Your booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Submission of your booking fee signifies your agreement and understanding of these terms.

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You can NOT be pregnant or nursing

  • Preparing for your appointment is crucial for best results, please adhere to Pre-Care instructions and prepare for the Aftercare of your new investment

  • After the service is completed, there are no refunds permitted

  • Please no children accompanying you to your appointment, the studio does not allow guests under the age of 18

  • We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule due to inclement weather or emergencies

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide more than 48 hour notice from your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee, with a new fee required to reserve a new appointment.

If you cancel the same day or do not show up to your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to book online and place a new booking fee to secure a new date.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your booking fee over ONE time, as long as you give more than 48 hours notice. After one reschedule, a new booking fee will be required to book a new date.

Booking fees expire 6 months from the date of the originally booked appointment.

RESCHEDULING YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT

In order to honor your initial booking fee upon rescheduling, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise your booking fee will be forfeited. You are granted one courtesy reschedule per booking fee.

Booking fees expire 6 months from the date of the originally booked appointment.

RESULTS

Please note that final results can not be guaranteed as everyone retains and breakdowns pigment differently. A Perfecting Session is necessary at 8-12 weeks where we can assess your pigment retention and make any changes necessary. People with lighter hair, correction work, sparse eyebrows, or oily skin may require more than one follow-up to reach their desired look at an additional cost.

After the work is complete, no refunds will be permitted.


LATE POLICY

There is a 15 minute late policy. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeit of your booking fee and cancellation of your appointment. A new booking fee will be required to book a new appointment.


FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment will be made the day of your appointment

Credit Cards, cash, or Zelle are acceptable forms of payment

We will not accept checks as payment. Your final payment amount will be the total cost of your appointment, minus your booking fee amount.


RESCHEDULING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION

Rescheduling is only complimentary if the rescheduled date takes place within the 8-12 week period from your Initial Session.

Your Perfecting Session is booked immediately upon booking your Initial Session to ensure you receive your Perfecting Session with 8-12 weeks.

If the rescheduled date falls after the 8-12 week period, you will be subject to the Additional Touch Up pricing and a booking fee of $75 will be required to reserve your new appointment date. The booking fee will be deducted from the final price of the Additional Touch Up.
